Everyone is aware of the Covid-19 situation impacting people health, safety and business around the world. Countries take (different) measures to contain the problem and mitigate the effects of the situation. In the Epcido Group of companies we strictly follow governmental directives and countries guidance.
Already more than a month prevention and sanitation measures have been taken to protect people. Daily we update, change what needs to be done to protect people and continue business as good as realistically possible.
Our sales, office support, and project teams will remain available by phone, email and on sites where possible to fulfil projects. Service team are still operational, and we continue to support you.
Project & Service sites
Our maintenance services and project execution remain open but are operating with temporary reduced capacity. Present we are active on sites in the following countries:
- The Netherlands, Germany, Poland and Hungary
On hold projects to start May/June 2020:
- Sweden, Norway, France, Italy, Belgium, United Kingdom and Ukraine.
Like everyone else we rely on customer and suppliers continuing delivering materials and transportation that brings us the equipment and tools to our customers sites. Suppliers/subcontractors visiting one of our locations are requested to follow strictly the safety directives.

New Integrated Management System
As part of ISO accreditation, we have implemented new Integrated Management System.
Epcido receive accreditation for ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001
Epcido has been audited and found to meet the requirements of standards ISO 9001 Quality Management System, ISO 14001 Environmental Management System, and the new ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System.
Relocation to new office and workshop
To support our growth and strategy, we have 15.07.2018 relocated our Danish office to bigger facilities with a workshop for storage of our site containers and lifting equipment, calibration, and small fabrication projects.
New project South America
After crossing the big blue Atlantic ocean, our guys have finally reach customer project site in Ecuador South America. At this site, Epcido is going to perform mechanical and electrical installations on another new sortation and package warehouse.
PostNord, Örebro Sweden
Epcido secured contract on fixed price for new installation of 630 meter post handling line system.
The contract included responsibility of material and equipment handling on site. i.e. offloading, storage and logistic coordination.
The installation included both mechanical & electrical installation of steel structure, sorters, conveyors, bulk conveyors, spiral chutes, control panels, ASI-BUS, LAN and finally test and commissioning.
As of 1 September 2016, we are happy to announce Mathan Apputhurai as new partner and Director in Epcido A/S, with responsibility for Tender & Contracts in Scandinavian & Europe.
Mathan is coming from a position as Technical Director, where he has played a key role for the last 10 years in building up a business with Mechanical & Electrical operatives to a broad range of the industries including the construction industry, offshore oil & gas, wind power etc.
