Meet Grzegorz Ramczykowski Extraordinaire!
At EPCIDO, I proudly take on the role of Team Leader, where I am entrusted with a myriad of exciting responsibilities. First and foremost, I lead and manage a team of exceptional employees, ensuring that our projects are executed flawlessly and delivered on time, always maintaining the highest standards. With meticulous planning and coordination, I also oversee the smooth delivery of materials to our installation sites.
Safety is paramount, and I work hand in hand with colleagues from both the Polish and Danish offices to ensure strict compliance with all regulations. At the heart of my approach is fostering strong customer relationships, ensuring that every client is satisfied with the outcome of our work.
Preparation is key, and I diligently ensure that all necessary tools and equipment are ready for any challenges that come our way. With a positive and supportive atmosphere, I strive to be not just a leader but a friend, colleague, and mentor, recognizing the importance of different approaches for each team member.
Having joined EPCIDO in the summer of 2019, I bring passion and dedication to every task at hand. My motto, “Do it well and without corrections, or don’t do it at all,” echoes throughout my work and projects. As I pour myself into my endeavours, I find that EPCIDO reciprocates with amazing opportunities – a fulfilling job, an incredible team, chances to explore the world, and the pleasure of meeting inspiring individuals.
Throughout my professional journey, I’ve had experiences in various places and with different people, but none have captivated me like EPCIDO. While no company is perfect, EPCIDO’s commitment to employee well-being, training, and support makes it an exceptional place to work. I am truly content here and have no desire to seek alternatives.
Challenges are abundant in every project, making each one unique and thrilling. From navigating strict safety regulations in confined spaces to adapting to a fast-paced and ever-changing world, I embrace every obstacle with enthusiasm.
Within my team, we share an unspoken bond, akin to a close-knit family. Beyond work, we engage in barbecues, movie nights, board games, and cards, always supporting and caring for one another. Of course, like any family, we experience occasional friction, but we believe in finding compromises and separating work from our personal lives.
Before EPCIDO, I ran a small company in Poland, but my experiences here have surpassed all expectations. With the guidance of an amazing leader, I rapidly grew and embraced new challenges. Language was another hurdle, but thanks to the company’s investment in language courses, I can now communicate effectively across Europe.
From starting as a mechanic/electrician to becoming an independent Team Leader and sometimes as a Site Manager, my journey at EPCIDO has been incredibly rewarding. I am excited to continue this adventure for the long haul.
