Work with us
The next stage of recruitment is a technical verification in Gdańsk. For candidates from outside the area, we organize and cover the costs of transport and accommodation.
The most common rotation is 4/1, meaning 4 weeks of work followed by 1 week off, sometimes 6/2.
We ensure continuous work and job stability regardless of the season.
Transportation arrangements and costs are on us. Our employees have access to company cars. Usually, a driver is designated, who receives a driver’s allowance and mileage reimbursement. Depending on the project location, transport may also be arranged by train or plane.
An employee should be available for travel to different locations, which allows us to guarantee continuity of assignments.
Our employees are assigned to projects according to current demand. Most often, we carry out projects in European countries.
We offer a wide range of upskilling opportunities that are closely related to the nature of our project work, including: VCA, UDT for forklifts, mobile platforms, renewal of expired certifications, and access to an e-learning platform for foreign language learning.
Promotion in our company is a natural consequence of professional development and commitment to project execution. This process requires a deep understanding of the specifics of our projects and fluent communication in English.
We provide accommodation in single or double rooms. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a single room, as the allocation depends on availability and the current project.
The accommodation standard includes rooms with access to a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with washing machine, and Internet (Wi-Fi). We make sure the conditions are comfortable and allow for proper rest after work.
Unfortunately not, as the work also involves weekends and international travel.
Yes, during the training you are already employed under an employment contract and therefore receive a salary.
Classes are held Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 4 PM.
After completing the Academy and passing the exam, you usually have a few days off to rest, and then you head out to international projects.
