The next stage of recruitment is a technical verification in Gdańsk. For candidates from outside the area, we organize and cover the costs of transport and accommodation.

The most common rotation is 4/1, meaning 4 weeks of work followed by 1 week off, sometimes 6/2

We ensure continuous work and job stability regardless of the season.

Transportation arrangements and costs are on us. Our employees have access to company cars. Usually, a driver is designated, who receives a driver’s allowance and mileage reimbursement. Depending on the project location, transport may also be arranged by train or plane.

An employee should be available for travel to different locations, which allows us to guarantee continuity of assignments.

We provide accommodation in single or double rooms. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a single room, as the allocation depends on availability and the current project. The accommodation standard includes rooms with access to a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with washing machine, and Internet (Wi-Fi). We make sure the conditions are comfortable and allow for proper rest after work.
