I have been with Epcido for over three years and currently serve as a Team Leader. I started my journey here as an industrial mechanic, which gave me the opportunity to work on various projects across Europe. Since 2024, I have taken on a leadership role, managing projects for Kardex.
Together with my team, we install automated storage systems. In my work, I truly value team synergy—I believe we should be able to rely on one another both professionally and personally. For me, the key priorities are safety, quality, and meticulous service, ensuring our clients remember us for our excellence long after the project is done.
I strive to be a leader who not only manages but also supports and advises whenever challenges or uncertainties arise. We approach every project as a unique challenge, staying calm and avoiding hasty decisions that could impact the outcome.
