Conveyor System Expansion: Large-Scale Industrial Project near Poznań

Large-Scale Intralogistics Hub: Comprehensive Conveyor Installation & Handover near Poznań

  • Location: Poznań, Poland
  • Duration: March 2025 - June 2026
  • Scope: Full mechanical installation & commissioning

EPCIDO successfully executed the complete mechanical installation of a high-capacity logistics hub, serving as the backbone for automated intralogistics operations. Our team managed the end-to-end assembly of 7.5 km of advanced conveyor systems, ensuring seamless connectivity across all functional zones of the facility.

The project demanded high technical precision across a diverse set of conveyor technologies. EPCIDO’s scope encompassed the full mechanical implementation, including on-grid picking stations, outbound and receiving lines, connection conveyors 1 and 2, as well as packing online systems and tote stack modules. Our team also completed the installation of all associated access ladders, ensuring that every element was tested, pre-commissioned, and handed over in strict compliance with project specifications and applicable standards.

Execution & Technical Scope:

  • Infrastructure Scale: 7.5 km of multi-type conveyor systems fully installed and commissioned.
  • Technical Versatility: Implementation of picking stations, packing lines, tote stacks, connection conveyors 1 & 2, and access ladders.
  • Quality Assurance: Full testing and pre-commissioning processes conducted to guarantee operational readiness.
  • Project Handover: Final delivery achieved in strict compliance with technical specifications and global industrial standards.

“Delivering 7.5 km of conveyor infrastructure is a logistical and mechanical undertaking that requires absolute attention to detail. By integrating complex picking, packing, sorting, and dedicated connection systems into a single, cohesive workflow, we provided a robust platform that meets the highest performance benchmarks required by the client.”
