Eltronic Group Launches Sustainability Report 2023/2024

Over the past year, Eltronic Group has achieved significant milestones in
sustainability.

We have reduced Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 19%, reinforcing our
commitment to reaching net-zero emissions for our own operations before 2050.

Efforts to create a more diverse and inclusive workplace have led to a 70%
increase in female representation in our workforce. In addition, we launched
the Epcido Academy, providing hands-on electrical field training to support
skills development in the industry.

To further align our sustainability
efforts, we established unified ESG targets, focusing on CO₂ reductions, gender
balance, employee satisfaction, and workplace safety across the group.
