EPCIDO supported the implementation of a new intralogistics system in Germany through expert mechanical assembly and electrical installation services. The system was designed by EPCIDO’s client, while EPCIDO contributed its installation know-how, site execution experience, and technical expertise to ensure a successful implementation. Although EPCIDO has completed more than 1,000 intralogistics projects, this installation required unique engineering solutions due to infrastructure limitations and a very tight working environment.
The project was developed to address limited warehouse capacity in an existing facility that had reached its operational limits. A second warehouse building was constructed across the street, and the two facilities were connected by a newly built bridge structure above the road. EPCIDO’s role was to support the client-designed solution by installing and implementing the conveyor network that physically and technologically integrated both buildings.
Execution & Technical Scope:
“Delivering this specialized, multi-level project was enabled by structured installation methodology, technical coordination, and proven experience in complex intralogistics environments. By overcoming spatial challenges and managing tight execution margins, we successfully integrated both facilities into a unified, high-performing operational network.”
